- Q: What costs are required to join Scouting?
- A: Registration is $48. That's the only required expense. We have
some scholarships available for those who need assistance in meeting
registration & camping fees. Please see the Scout Master to apply.

- Q: I want to become a merit badge counselor. What do I have to do?
- A: To become a merit badge counselor for the Scouts in your troop all you have
to do is complete a BSA Adult Leader Application and submit it to the council office.
No fees are required. Please note on the application that you are applying to become
a merit badge instructor. No adult leader training is required.
